Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POLICY BEFORE YOU BOOK WITH ME.. 25$ deposit that comes off your balance .. please read the description of your hair style before booking.. you have a 15 min grace period before your appointment is cancelled and refund is gone .. please add accurate phone number and email so you can get my address and phone number to your appointment.. if you need your hair washed please add it to your service.. all hair is included in prices for all braids.. faux locs price is a starting price depending on the length, and color you pick..you have 24 hours to cancel appointment to get a refund ..NO EXTRA COMPANY AT ALL.. NO KIDS AT ALL UNLESS BEING SERVICED .. NO BOYFRIENDS OR GIRLFRIENDS EITHER .. if you sick STAY HOME!! If you look on my site and do not see an available time that’s because the spot is booked , I do have a $30 squeeze in fee if I can get you in after hrs or before hrs.. not a guarantee .. please do not text or inbox me about hair after 7pm or my off days ..
